Our Ohshukubai brand was developed in 1939. Since then, we have been possessing traditional method to produce attractive plum wines.

Story or myth

Since long ago, warbler "鴬" and plum "梅" were often used in Japanese poems. Our brand of "鴬宿梅" also derives from an ancient poem. It is said the plum tree in the poem was a very beautiful tree with fragrant scent.We always carefully take care of the plum by hand picking in order to maximize the beautiful aroma of the plum just like the image of the plum tree in the poem.
