The origin of Mautai in Taiwan

Taiwan Moutai and Kweichow Moutai have the same origin. When the Kuomintang government retreated to Taiwan in 1949, Chiang Kai-shek appointed Kweichow Moutai's winemaker, brewing formula, aging for many years, cellar mud, koji, koji making facilities and equipment, storage Containers, water samples, seeds, and surrounding plants, etc., even dig three feet inside and outside of the wine brand, and all the soil is transported to Taiwan. After seven years of investigation and experimentation, the factory was finally selected at Yushanjiao, Chiayi County. The topography, climate, and water quality there are very similar to those of Maotai Town in Guizhou. After microbial cultivation, the original microbial community of Maotai Town can survive and multiply here. Taiwan Moutai was born here.

This Yushan aged Moutai belongs to the boutique series of Taiwan Moutai. The taste is delicate, comparable to jade liquid. Smell the taste and taste the softness. Have you ever experienced it before?
